Based out of our HTI office in Hockley, Texas, the Billing and Collections Administrator plays a key role in the Company’s operation’s function. The position assists with the smooth administration and customer service function for the client and management of the end-to-end invoicing. This position communicates with the clients regarding discrepancies and resolves client queries efficiently.
